This one was like lure Sherlock thing... Loved it. The style of Poe is amazing, the concept was brillent, the charecters were also great, but the story was not that good. Any how the feeling was quite pure. The more that I read Poe, the more I decide that I just don't like him. It's sad really because he has produced The Tell-Tale Heartand Annabel Lee, which I loved as kid. But as I'm reading him now I'm seeing a different side. The Pit and the Pendulum was pretty good and kept my interest, but I absolutely hated this one. The Purloined... When I saw this was another story about Dupin I was like: The other two Dupin books I've read (The Murders in the Rue Morgue and The Mystery of Marie Rogt) were NOT my favorite. So, I wasn't exactly thrilled to see another overly analyzed detective story. I was surprised that I actually ended up liking this one. It was funny, short,...
